Branch Operations Manager (Local Gujarat Candidates Only):



Lead the Service Team.
Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
Audit of the branch
Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell
Authorize and check RO / SO entries
Check end of products
Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10lakhs
Vault / Key custodian

Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
Thorough overall understanding of banking
5-6 years probationary officers
6-8 years graduates
