Key Result Areas

Conduct training programs for PBAs / DBA s / BAs
1. Conduct programs for all categories of Business Associates to give them
a detailed orientation
2. Train them on products , compensation structures , recruitment st
ructures , promotion criteria etc
3. Conduct behavioral trainings , for example on people management , time
management etc
4. Conduct SPIN programs for nominated advisors
5. Conduct refresher courses as & when required
6. Conduct training programs for T2 advisors
7. Conduct advanced selling skills programs for T2 advisors
8. Conduct sessions on product training , company sales process , internal
compliance standards & procedures etc
9. Conduct refresher courses for T2 advisors as & when required.
Manage absenteeism & provide extra support to advisors / BA s
10. Maintain a list of regular absentees in the sessions & ensure that
these trainees are contacted & asked to attend the sessions
11. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for BAs / advisors if they ask
for it.
12. Arrange joint field calls with advisors & give them feedback on their
sales technique & knowledge
& gt; Constantly update trainer skills
14. Update skills based on participant feedback as well as feedback
received from supervisor
15. Attend additional certification programs to update competencies
16. Remain up-to-date with competitor analysis , industry developments
etc for enhancing knowledge
Administrative Activities
18. Plan training calendar for T2 advisors & BA s based on the sales
requirements
19. Ensure that attendance sheets & feedback forms for every session
conducted are complete
MIS & reporting
20. Maintain reports for programs conducted , attendance in the
