Job Description
• Job involves overall responsibility of the Company’s operations at different Locations.

• Supervising the sales performance of each business category, against budgets, recommending & incorporating necessary changes in business plan to help achieve the desired objective.

• Planning & budgeting to ensure that business is moving in right direction.

• Organising & managing the promotions in the catchments.

• Check adherence to budget & SOP, conducting internal audit to ensure compliance. Recommending any change required.

• Managing the team, recruiting new members, supervising training programs & employee welfare activities to ensure that the team’s performance meets the standards & they are giving right experience to the visitors.

• Ensuring compliance of all government norms and assuring safety of all guests & employees in the premises.

Desired Candidate Profile• Should have handled multi branch operations (from registrations to delivery of services) – Atleast 5-10 branches

• Experience in vendor interaction and SLA monitoring

• Should be good in customer management

• Strong communications skills

• Strong recruitment and people management skills

• Strong process orientation

• Strong documentation and process implementation

• Willingness to travel

•Accounting experience and/ or IT experience would be an added advantage

• Should be able to handle Sales – Admin – Manpower – Marketing – Operation - Promotion
