Job Description
The candidate should :

have sound knowledge in accounting standards and their application
possess adequate experience in finalizing accounts in compliance with various requirements
have working knowledge of various accounting packages such as Tally
be capable of interacting with both internal and external auditors, and also with the corporate accounts on various accounting issues and consolidation of accounts
have good knowledge and experience in analyzing risk exposures and developing and implementing adequate internal control systems
have up to date knowledge on direct and indirect taxes, contract laws and other corporate laws including Company Law, SEBI rules and regulations, FEMA etc.
have been exposed to the functions of Human Resource Management, Administration and Materials Management including Vendor Rating



Desired Profile
Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferably with an added qualification of ACS with an excellent academic record
