Preparation of major tenders with documentation

Maintenance of all documents required for tenders

Maintenance of EMD & security Deposit registers of institutional business

Follow up for ‘c’ forms

Filling and maintenance of record if Institution department

Credit notes/ debit note related to Institution business/ Direct Parties and record in coordination with concerned person
