Job Description
Undertake recruitment for Business Associates/Insurance Advisors through Career Opportunity Presentation or any other event

Ensure the quality of hiring by interviewing the prospective advisors & devising a strict screening process for gauging their level of interest

Manage a team of Business Associates to help them achieve sales targets , while ensuring that the persistency is maintained

Develop Business Associates in terms of training, team management support etc

Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
