Job Description
The candidate would be required to:

- Should demonstrate capability to perform task independently

- Understand, articulate and develop risk mitigation recommendations that contribute to the successful execution of projects, typically of medium or large size and/or complexity.

- Define and prepare solutions/proposals that clearly identify objectives, scope, benefits, costs, responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables, schedules, completion criteria and resource requirements needed to execute engagements successfully.

- Identifying business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, understanding pain points, scoping out company’s role and bringing closure to its proposals

- Identify and contribute in building up Product Offerings

- Manage client expectations effectively and attain closure of all assignment

- Leverage the Company value proposition, organization, business partners, competitive position in the marketplace and process for addressing opportunities related to strategic focus areas.

- Manage client expectations and act to achieve high client satisfaction

- Understand company’s capabilities and offerings, and be able to articulate them in terms of executive-level concepts/benefits

- Apply knowledge of company’s primary service competitors and business partner relationships to Company’s advantage in the selling process

- Lead and motivate team members, staff and executives to action, using powers of persuasion and formal delegation and follow-up techniques.

Good articulation skills – should be able to draft proposals independently

Develop new relationships / leverage existing relationships for business development

Provide strategic inputs on proposals (based on what the market demands are)
