Job Description
- Purchase

- Arranging quotations, negotiation with the suppliers and preparation of purchase orders for major components like –Engines,

Blowers,Burners,Heat Exchangers, Control Panel,Wooden Boxes - New being looked after by Jaimin Capital Equipments, M.S. / S.S. Sheets, Pipes, Rods, etc.

- Over all bill checking & signing

- Managing other day to day activities

- Follow-up for timely delivery of all the above items

- Interaction with the above suppliers.





Commercial



• Negotiation & finalization of transport requirement for domestic consignments

• Preparation of proforma invoice for payment collection

• Preparation of dispatch documents including complete billing • Preparation of Bank Guarantee

• Preparation of CT-1 Bond • Maintaining the record of ‘C’ forms pending / received

Desired Candidate Profile- - Qualification: DME,DEE/Degree, Any graduate

- Experience of Engineering Project buying will be added advantage.

- Strong communication skills.
