Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for routine HR activities like payroll manageemnt, recruitment, policy implementation, administration. He will report to Corporate-HR as well as to Unit Head. Total workforce is 200 regular employees & 100 contractor labours.

He should be welll conversant with HR practises, payroll management, recruitment, contract labour work, PF, factories act compliance
