Job Description
• 2 yrs to 5 yrs experience and at least 3 months experience in sales training delivery or in training department.

• Previous experience in insurance / banking industry and sales background preferred.

• MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR preferred.

• Proficient in MS office especially in Power Point, Excel & Word.

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

• Excellent team player who can get along with people.



Desired Profile
• Conduct programs as per specific training requirements with respect to ADKV products, selling skills and soft skills.

• Provide on the job training and demonstrate sales call closure to sales force.

• Facilitate activization of agents, i.e. sale done by new agents in their first month.

• Support in content development Support sales team in prospecting & screening of quality agents.

• Provide regular market feedback and competition details.

• Maintain MIS w.r.t. programs, participant details, feedback scores and data on the activization and productivity of agency force.
