Job Description
• Initial screening of resumes of experience for the purpose of Recruitment for clients.

• Interview to check skill level & companies fulfillment.

• Working on Junior, Mid Level and Sr. level requirements and niche requirements

• Responsible for the End to End recruitment i.e. Requirement Delivery & Follow up process with candidate.

• Scheduling interviews & conducting telephonic interviews.

• Sourcing the candidates and taking reference from the candidates.

• Sourcing CVs from portals, internal database etc.

• Accurately judging their communication skills, capabilities and knowledge

• Achievement of set targets.

• Head hunting & Networking skills would be an added advantage



Experience:-Maximum 6 months to 3 years.



As the requirement is a bit urgent, a quick response would be highly appreciated.



Job Location : Ahmedabad

Job Timings : 9:30am to 6:30pm(Monday to Saturday)

Salary : Open for the right candidate
