Job Description
Position Summary:

Responsible for preparation of production process sheet, cutting plan, tooling plan, work center scheduling and loading.

Principal Duties



1.Critically analyze drawings for fabrication.

2.List down the production process required with respect to codes/Fabrication practices. Prepare production process sheet.

3.Identify tools, jigs, and fixtures required for respective Production activities.

4.Estimating the normal time for each operation.

5.Prepare work center Scheduling.

6.Productivity improvement initiatives.



Desired Candidate Profile
Education, Experience and special skills

1.Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering discipline.

2.3-5 years experience in fabrication industry. Preferably in fabrication of pressure parts like water wall panels, header, piping and coil.

3.Good drawing reading skill is essential.

4.Practical experience in various welding processes and consumables in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and SAW is essential.

5.Above average analytical skills.

6.Exposure in SAP and BAAN working environment.
