Job Description
This position is responsible for independently handling Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance, Budgeting, Implementation of HR Processes & Policies and implementation & monitoring of new initiatives, Employee Development, Performance Management System, The key deliverables would be in terms of managing the above-mentioned processes up to the customer’s expectations.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment : Developing an appropriate manpower plan in line with the business plan in close coordination with the Functions and recruitments in line with the ramp-up plan so developed.

Compensation Management: Adherence to the salary bands for different levels and as far as maintain parity of scales for similar jobs within the Function.



Implementation of HR Processes & Policies : Implement Personnel & HR Policies and Procedures as per the Norms.


Employee Involvement initiatives : Ensuring new initiatives are introduced periodically and on a regular basis.
Budgeting : Preparation of periodical budgets and monitoring the same in close coordination with the Finance Function


Employee Development &Training : Developing and implementing appropriate interventions for Employee Development.


Performance Management System : Promote and Monitor a Performance Management System at the Circle. This system must include Job Descriptions, Target/Objective Setting and Performance Review/Evaluation Elements.


Statutory Compliance : 100% compliance to all statutory bodies

Desired Profile
MBA with specialization in HR/Equivalent Degree from a Premier Institute, minimum of 15 + years work experience.
